But before we get into that, why don't we take a minute check these out and make sure they're gonna work for you. With these trucks getting bigger and bigger, now, you know, some people have a hard time getting in and out of them and that's the case with our neighbor here today. His wife has a hard time jumping up into the big truck and getting out and everything else and just a regular, you know, fixed type running board just wasn't cutting it for him. Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars. These 3" bars have the black powder coated steel finish. The part number is 23-3855. Here you can see the tube steps installed on our vehicle. They're going to give us a really nice close to factory look. See they're nice and clean, the way they kind of turn in. Those are going to go right into our mounting brackets and give us a good solid attachment point. more

Aries Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today, on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we'll be having a look at and installing the Aries Round Nerf Bars, part number AA204045. Here's what our running boards look like installed. As you can see, not only do they give our truck an aggressive look, but they also serve a purpose. They make it a lot easier for us to get in and out of our truck. The non-slip rubber pad, here, on the top, gives you a nice place to step to get in and out of the truck, especially if it's raining or you have mud on your shoes or your boots. Not only do we have this nice step feature for our front seat passengers, but we also have it for our rear seat passengers. Our Nerf bars are constructed of a very durable, high carbon steel, and are also powder-coated in a semi-gloss black powder-coat finish, which will give us many years of rust free service. Our Nerf bar has a three inch tubular steel design, which gives us plenty of surface area for us to step on to get in and out of our vehicle easily. Okay, we'll start our installation on the driver side in the very front on our Chevrolet Silverado, and we'll go to the bottom of our rocker panel, right here, and we'll point out the locations. more

Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we'll be installing the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars, part number 21-23865. Here's what our nerf bars look like installed. As you can see, it offers a full cab length construction with a 4 inch wide oval tube. On top of our tube we have a 4 inch wide step pad for the front door and for our rear door passenger. These step pads will provide us with sure footing, even in wet and snowy conditions. The step pad is made of a durable polymer construction which won't crack or fade under UV light. The bar itself is constructed of a powder coated steel construction, which is strong and durable and provide us many years of rust and corrosion-free service. more

Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab, we're going to review and install the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars. Part number 23-71950. Now here's what our nerf bars are going to look like once they're installed. Being a crew cab, we've got stepping pads for both the front and second row. Here for each entry and exit is our nice plastic-molded pad. This will give us a good, sure grip when getting in or out of the vehicle. The length of our pad is 21", and our width is right at 3". That gives us plenty of room even for those with larger feet. more

Carr Custom Fit Side Steps Installation - 2015 chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today, on this 00:00:00 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to install part number CARR103994. This is a car custom fit side step Hoop II. Our first step is find our center location for our step. It's recommended in the instructions that you look at the front edge of the seat and trace your way down, we'll make a mark. The center is about right here. Next, we're going to go ahead and loosely assemble 00:00:27 our step to your brackets and hold up into place and double check the placement to make sure we have plenty of metal to metal contact because the inside edge of the pinch weld is a little uneven as well as the backside on the body work. We inaudible 00:00:42 brackets on already. more
